Tracking information
Tracking information is provided for shipment visibility and may change as a shipment progresses. Estimated delivery dates are planning information and are not a guarantee of delivery time.
Appropriate use
Use tracking numbers only for shipments you are authorized to follow. Do not attempt to interfere with the website, circumvent security controls, or use automated requests that disrupt service.
Website requests
A quote request or contact enquiry is not acceptance of a shipment booking. Service availability, pricing, routing, and timing are confirmed separately by Global Freight Axis.
Shipment arrangements
Shipment services remain subject to the applicable service agreement and operational instructions. These website terms do not replace a shipment contract or other written agreement.
